General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The following conclusions can be made based on the laboratory results you have furnished.
1. hCG levels has shown to increase.
2. There is no sac seen in the uterine cavity as well as in the Fallopian tube.
3. Endometrial thickness has increased.
4. There is evidence of fluid in pouch of Douglas.
5. There is a cyst measuring 21mm in right ovary.
Since the findings are not correlating with presence of pregnancy, the other causes needs to be explored. Since you have history of ovarian tumour on the left side, such possibility needs to be considered and ruled out.
Kindly consult Gynecologist for clinical evaluation and for correlation of the report. You may need certain other tests to ascertain the diagnosis, so that it could be appropriately treated.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
